目的:通过对千金子药名源流考释,辨析本药各种名称,为本药名称的规范提供依据。方法:研究分析古今有关文献,考辨本药药名的沿革以及古今出现的各种名称。结果:本药在清代以前,本草著作均以“续随子”为正名;清代和现代本草文献“续随子”和“千金子”作为正名并用,但清代以“续随子”居多,现代以“千金子”居多。异名由于对古籍句读方法和本药药名理解的不同,古今记载不尽一致。结论:本药当以“千金子”为规范正名,以“续随子”、“菩萨豆”、“千两金”、“拒冬”、“拒冬实”、“联步”、“拒冬子”、“半枝莲”等为异名,以“打鼓子”、“一把伞”、“滩板救”、“看园老”、“百药解”、“千金药解”、“小巴豆”等为各地俗称。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the origin of the drug name of Qianjin and analyze the various names of the drug to provide a basis for the specification of the name of the drug. Methods: Research and analysis of ancient and modern literature, examination of the evolution of the drug name and various names appearing in ancient and modern times. Results: Before the Qing Dynasty, all the herbal works were renamed with “Continued Child”; Qing Dynasty and Modern Herbal Literature “Continued Child” and “Thousand Gold” were used as names, but in the Qing Dynasty Most of them are “continuing children” and modern ones are mostly “thousands of gold.” Synonyms are not consistent with ancient and modern records due to differences in understanding ancient Chinese sentence reading methods and drug name. Conclusion: This medicine is based on “Qianjin” as the standard name, “Continued with children”, “Buddha beans”, “Thousands of gold”, “Referring to winter”, and “Rejection ”Winter Reality“, ”Conjoined Steps“, ”Rejection of Winter“, ”Scutellaria barbata“ etc. are synonymous, ”Drums“, ”an umbrella“, ”Beach“ The plate rescue, ”“, ”see old“, ”hundred medicine solution“, ”hero medicine solution“, ”small croton", etc. are all commonly known around the country.
