放疗和化疗在肿瘤的综合治疗中起着及其重要的作用,研究显示包括多种维生素在内的抗氧化剂能提高放疗、化疗的效果,并能减少放化疗的副作用。笔者仅就关于抗氧化剂在肿瘤放化疗中的作用及其机制的研究作一综述。 Radiotherapy and chemotherapy play an important role in the comprehensive treatment of tumors. Studies show that antioxidants including multiple vitamins can improve the radiotherapy and chemotherapy effects and reduce the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The author reviews the role and mechanism of antioxidants in tumor chemoradiation.
