结论:CD40/CD40L的表达可能参与了PM/DM的发病。
Objective: To investigate the role of costimulatory molecule CD40 / CD40L in the pathogenesis of polymyositis (PM) / dermatomyositis (DM). Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CD40 and CD40L in peripheral blood lymphocytes of PM / DM patients and compared with that of healthy controls. Results: The expression of CD40 and CD40L in peripheral blood lymphocytes was almost no expression in normal healthy individuals, but increased in PM / DM patients. The average fluorescence intensity of CD40 in PM patients was 10.24 ± 4.15 and the average fluorescence intensity of CD40L was 1.35 ± 0.77. Fluorescence intensity was 13.67 ± 5.83, CD40L average fluorescence intensity was 1.73 ± 0.98. There was no significant difference between PM / DM patients (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of CD40 / CD40L may be involved in the pathogenesis of PM / DM.
