目的:探讨存在异型淋巴细胞的儿童血液标本在Sysmex XT-2000i全自动血液分析仪(简称XT-2000i)白细胞分类(DIFF)通道散点图的变化规律。方法:观察56例异型淋巴细胞>10%和异型淋巴细胞<10%且其图像有明显变化的患者血液标本在XT-2000iDIFF通道的散点图,总结其变化规律。结果:存在异型淋巴细胞的标本在XT-2000i的散点图特定区域出现异常散点图。20例以单核细胞型为主的异型淋巴细胞标本在单核细胞散点图的上方出现异常均匀分布的呈椭圆形或近似长方形的散点图;36例以浆细胞型和幼稚型为主的混合型异型淋巴细胞标本中有25例标本在DIFF通道上淋巴细胞和单核细胞所在区域融合成灰白色并且向上延升,另外11例标本提示淋巴细胞、单核细胞和中性粒细胞在各自的分布区域出现,但其周围散点增多并相互之间有交叉,分界不清。结论:对仪器提示有异型淋巴细胞存在的患者,结合血液分析仪的DIFF通道散点图形和血涂片镜检,可以降低漏诊和误诊概率。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the variation of scatter plots of blood samples from children with allogeneic lymphocytes in the white blood cell sorting (DIFF) channel of Sysmex XT-2000i automatic hematology analyzer (referred to as XT-2000i). Methods: Scatter plots of XT-2000iDIFF channel in 56 cases of atypical lymphocytes> 10% and allogeneic lymphocytes <10% with obvious changes in their images were observed and their variations were observed. Results: Specimens with allogeneic lymphocytes showed abnormal scatter plots in the special area of XT-2000i scatter plot. CONCLUSIONS: In patients presenting with atypical lymphocytes, combined with scatter plot of DIFF channel of blood analyzer and microscopic examination of blood smear, the probability of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis can be reduced.
