在油气井使用APR工具进行DST地层测试中,LPR-N测试阀是测试管柱中的主阀。它通过油套环空加压开阀、泄压关阀来控制测试管柱的开关井。在印尼某区块SB-1井的某层测试过程中LPR-N测试阀出现了异常开井情况,本文根据现场施工情况,结合LPR-N测试阀的结构原理和测试压力曲线,对这次异常开井进行仔细分析,为以后LPR-N测试阀安全操作和测试工作顺利进行提出了建议。
The LPR-N test valve is the main valve in the test string during oil and gas wells using the APR tool for DST formation testing. It is through the oil ring annulus pressure to open the valve, pressure relief valve to control the testing of the switchgear wells. In the course of testing a certain layer of well SB-1 in a certain block in Indonesia, the LPR-N test valve has an abnormal open well condition.
