从法学生层面来说,其不仅要切实掌握法学知识内容,更要建立正确完整的法律思维,以法律视角看待并思考问题,才能获得理想的法律学习效果。本文主要探讨研究了刑法教学中培养学生法律思维能力的策略。
From the legal student level, it not only needs to grasp the contents of legal knowledge, but also needs to establish a correct and complete legal thinking and view and think about the problem from the perspective of law so as to obtain the ideal legal learning effect. This article mainly studies and studies the tactics of cultivating students’ ability of legal thinking in the teaching of criminal law.
