随着高校体育教学改革的深入发展,攀岩运动纳入高校体育课程教学内容,符合现代高校体育教学发展的趋势,对大学生的综合发展有重要意义。本文采取文献研究法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法和数据统计法对沈阳师范大学攀岩活动的展开调查,全方位、多角度探讨开展攀岩运动对提高大学生综合素质的积极作用。
With the further development of physical education reform in colleges and universities, the inclusion of rock climber into the teaching content of physical education in colleges and universities accords with the development trend of physical education in modern colleges and universities, which is of great significance to the comprehensive development of college students. This paper adopts literature research method, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis method and data statistics method to investigate the rock climbing activities of Shenyang Normal University, and discusses the active role of rock climbing in improving overall quality of college students from all angles and angles.
