为了制备性能优异的湿固型热熔胶,本文以聚己内酯(PLC)和聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)多元醇、二苯基甲烷4,4’-二异氰酸酯(MDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)等为主要原料,采用预聚物法分别合成了两种不同性能的湿固型聚氨酯热熔胶,并对两者的性能进行了测试。结果表明,胶黏剂中多元醇的种类、催化剂及NCO百分含量对热熔胶的性能有较大的影响;并且用预聚物法合成的湿固型聚氨酯热熔胶,具有较优的拉伸强度、粘接强度、耐水性等性能。
In order to prepare a wet-type hot-melt adhesive with excellent properties, this paper uses polycaprolactone (PLC) and polytetrahydrofuran (PTMG) polyols, diphenylmethane 4,4’-diisocyanate (MDI) Diol (BDO) as the main raw material, two kinds of wet-setting polyurethane hot-melt adhesive with different properties were synthesized by prepolymer method respectively, and their performances were tested. The results showed that the type of polyol, the amount of catalyst and NCO content in the adhesive have a greater impact on the performance of the hot-melt adhesive; and the wet-setting polyurethane hot-melt adhesive synthesized by the prepolymer method has better Tensile strength, bonding strength, water resistance and other properties.
