目的 :探讨TGF β1RNA在不同病变阶段的主动型Heymann肾炎 (AHN)肾组织内的表达情况。方法 :建立AHN模型 ,用RT PCR法检测TGF β1mRNA在病变第 4、6、8、12周Heymann肾炎大鼠肾组织内的表达。结果 :自AHN诱发后第 4周开始 ,TGF β1mRNA即有表达 ,至第 8周达最高峰 ,第 12周时表达有所下调。结论 :TGF β1mRNA在不同病变阶段AHN大鼠肾组织内均有表达 ,TGF β1可能介导了AHN病变的发生及发展
Objective: To investigate the expression of TGFβ1RNA in renal tissues of active Heymann nephritis (AHN) in different stages of disease. Methods: The AHN model was established. The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in Heymann’s nephritis rats at 4, 6, 8, 12 weeks after injury was detected by RT-PCR. Results: TGFβ1 mRNA was expressed from the 4th week after AHN induction, reaching its peak at the 8th week, and down-regulated at the 12th week. CONCLUSION: TGFβ1 mRNA is expressed in renal tissues of AHN rats in different pathological stages. TGFβ1 may mediate the occurrence and development of AHN lesions
