目前 ,企业发展面临着过剩经济的大环境 ,优势企业实施发展战略是个机会 ,弱势企业灵活的采用紧缩战略不失为明智的选择 ,国有企业到了进行战略调整的时候了。本文依据对过剩经济产生的原因的分析 ,指出了企业如何进行剩余经济条件下的战略选择 ,并分析了国有企业实施战略调整的紧迫性。 At present, the development of enterprises is facing an environment of surplus economy. It is an opportunity for the superior enterprises to implement the development strategy. It is a wise choice for the disadvantaged enterprises to adopt the austerity strategy flexibly. It is time for the state-owned enterprises to make strategic adjustments.
