中小学特色学校及建设策略

追求学校的办学特色,已成为我国办学趋势。各类中小学特色类型有体现于办学上的、教育上的、教学上的、课外活动上的和管理上的五大块。但划分是相对的,现实中,它们之间还存在着交叉。办学特色的形成,是一个逐步积累、逐步完善的长期的艰苦的追求过程,它的形成过程也是有规律可循的,结合中小学的实践,成功地创办有特色的中小学的途径主要是:一是具备一位独具风格的校长,二是形成教学特色,三是加强教育科研和师资队伍,四是选好突破口,发挥自身优势,寻求外部支持。 The pursuit of school running characteristics has become the trend of our school. Various types of primary and secondary school characteristics are embodied in the school, education, teaching, extra-curricular activities and management of the five block. But the division is relative, in reality, there is still a cross between them. The formation of the characteristic of running a school is a long-term and arduous pursuit process gradually accumulated and gradually perfected. Its forming process is also followed in the law. Combining the practice of primary and secondary schools, the main ways to successfully establish distinctive primary and secondary schools are as follows: One is to have a unique style of principal, the other is to form a teaching characteristic. The third is to strengthen the educational research and teaching staff. The fourth is to select a breakthrough and give play to its own advantages and seek external support.
