文章运用文献资料法和问卷调查等研究方法,从武术的本质特点出发,讨论分析了广东省粤西高校武术选项课的现状,并针对现状提出了对于高校武术教学模式、教学内容的改革思考,提出了要加快步伐,在继承发扬民族文化的基础上针对大学生实际身心发展,更进一步地做好武术的教学工作。 Based on the essential characteristics of Wushu, the paper discusses the status quo of Wushu options classes in western Guangdong universities in Guangdong Province. In the light of the status quo, this article puts forward some suggestions on how to reform Wushu teaching modes and contents in colleges and universities. Proposed that we should speed up the pace, carry forward the physical and mental development of college students based on the inheritance and development of national culture, and further improve the teaching of Wushu.
