采用综合热重分析仪对不同比例干熄焦除尘灰与高炉喷吹低灰煤混合燃烧过程的动力学特性进行研究,在流速为60 m L/min的空气中,以不同升温速率从室温升至1173 K进行非等温燃烧实验.结果表明,干熄焦除尘灰配入比及升温速率对低灰煤燃烧过程有重要影响,随干熄焦除尘灰配比增加,混料的着火点和燃尽温度逐渐降低,最大失重率和可燃指数逐渐增大,混料的燃烧性能逐渐变好.利用非等温实验模型FWO对混料在不同升温速率下的燃烧过程进行动力学分析,干熄焦除尘灰配入比从0增加到10%,混料燃烧的活化能从92.82 k J/mol降低到47.37 k J/mol,配入量为8%时可显著降低混料燃烧的活化能.
The kinetic characteristics of mixed combustion of CDQ with different proportions of CDQ and blast furnace with low-ash coal were studied by the integrated thermogravimetric analyzer.
