本文通过对Si-C-N-O系统的热力学分析,利用SiO_2和石墨为原料分别在1200~1300℃和1250~1400℃流动N_2气氛中制备了α-Si_3N_4晶须和β-Si_3N_4晶须。并对Si_3N_4晶须的合成反应机理进行了讨论。
In this paper, α-Si 3 N 4 whiskers and β-Si 3 N 4 whiskers were prepared by thermodynamic analysis of Si-C-N-O system using SiO 2 and graphite as raw materials in flowing N 2 atmosphere at 1200 ~ 1300 ℃ and 1250 ~ 1400 ℃, respectively. The synthesis reaction mechanism of Si_3N_4 whiskers was also discussed.
