我县地处黄海之滨,地势低洼,提水扬程低,选用低比转数混流泵或700比转数的轴流泵建的泵站,经测试,装置效率普通在35%左右。从1983年开始,已经改造了18个站,改造后的泵站装置效率平均达到52%。改造的直接经济效益:每年可节电6.3万多度。 1.提高水泵效率损坏严重、效率低于60%的老泵,全部淘汰更新。仍有使用价值的旧泵,采用环氧树脂涂光叶轮、恢复密封间隙,泵壳内壁磨光涂漆。选用新泵时,要求质优、效高;使用时必须在高效区范围内运行。对于低扬程地区,水泵铭牌扬程大于实际装置扬程(进出水池水位之差加管路装置损失水头)0.3米以上时,水泵须作降速运行;降速后流量也相应减少,不能满
