目的:考察白藜芦醇固体脂质纳米粒(Res-SLN)的制备工艺及Res-SLN的形态学。方法:采用HPLC测定制剂中白藜芦醇(Res)的含量;采用单因素考察法筛选载体、稳定剂及制备工艺。结果:建立了用HPLC测定本制剂中Res含量,采用单硬脂酸甘油酯(GMS)作为载体材料,泊洛沙姆188(F68)稳定剂,采用热高压均质法制备得到Res-SLN,平均粒径为125 nm,平均包封率为91%,平均载药量为10%。结论:热高压均质法制备SLN,包封率高、简便可行。
Objective: To investigate the preparation technology of Res-SLN and the morphology of Res-SLN. Methods: The content of resveratrol (Res) in the preparation was determined by HPLC. The carrier, stabilizer and preparation technology were screened by single factor method. Results: The HPLC method was established for the determination of Res content in the preparation. Polysamycin 188 (F68) stabilizer was prepared by using glyceryl monostearate (GMS) as the carrier material and Res-SLN was prepared by hot high pressure homogenization. The average particle size was 125 nm, the average encapsulation efficiency was 91% and the average drug loading was 10%. Conclusion: The preparation of SLN by high pressure homogenization is simple and feasible.
