目的检测并分析Galectin-7和JNK1在肝细胞性肝癌中的表达,为肝癌的预后及基因靶向治疗提供理论及实验依据。方法选取我院2009年6月-2012年6月间收集的肝细胞性肝癌手术患者35例,取癌细胞组织作为观察组;取35例正常体检者细胞组织标本作为对照组,对照检测Galectin-7和JNK1的表达,比较其在癌组织和正常组织中的表达情况。结果 Galectin-7和JNK1在肝细胞性肝癌中的表达为48.3%(16/35)和55.3%(18/35),显著高于正常组织中的3.3%(1/35)和6.6%(2/35),P<0.05。结论 Galectin-7和JNK1在肝细胞性肝癌中的表达显著上调,可能为肝细胞性肝癌的促发因素之一。
Objective To detect and analyze the expression of Galectin-7 and JNK1 in hepatocellular carcinoma and to provide theoretical and experimental evidences for the prognosis and gene therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 35 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients collected in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 were selected as the observation group. 35 cases of normal subjects were selected as the control group. The Galectin- 7 and JNK1 expression, compared with its expression in cancer tissues and normal tissues. Results The expressions of Galectin-7 and JNK1 in hepatocellular carcinoma were 48.3% (16/35) and 55.3% (18/35), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal tissues (3.3% /35),P<0.05. Conclusion The expression of Galectin-7 and JNK1 in hepatocellular carcinoma is significantly up-regulated, which may be one of the contributing factors of hepatocellular carcinoma.
