本文介绍了汽车检测用Mg-Co-Ni-O氧敏材料.发现NiO的掺入可提高材料的稳定性及电导激活能,扩宽材料检测的氧压范围等.且当Mg:Co:Ni=4:3:3时,材料具有最好的氧敏特性.采用高温多次预烧的工艺可获得晶粒尺寸均匀、气孔率适当的瓷体.
In this paper, the Mg-Co-Ni-O oxygen sensor for automobile inspection is introduced. It is found that the incorporation of NiO can improve the stability of the material and the activation energy of conduction, and widen the oxygen pressure range of the material. = 4: 3: 3, the material has the best oxygen sensitive properties.The ceramic body with uniform grain size and suitable porosity can be obtained by the high temperature calcination process.
