近年来,港口城市在地方经济发展策略上逐渐把目光转向港口。但是港口的发展到底处于什么样的水平?到底在地方经济发展中扮演什么角色?如何发挥港口在经济振兴中的作用?这些问题对于地方政府来讲急需解决。本文以湖州港为例,首先探讨港口与城市关系的理论,重点强调港口对于城市经济的关键作用,接着阐述湖州港目前发展水平及发展困境,最后提出湖州港应采取的对策。
In recent years, the port city gradually turned its attention to the port in its strategy of local economic development. However, what is the development of the port and what role does it play in the development of the local economy? How to play the role of the port in the economic revitalization? These problems are urgently needed for the local government. Taking Huzhou Port as an example, this paper first discusses the theory of the relationship between port and city, emphasizes the key role of port in urban economy, then elaborates the current development level and development predicament of Huzhou Port, and finally puts forward the countermeasures that Huzhou Port should take.
