目的 探讨热应激或热休克蛋白 (heatstressorheatshockproteins,HSPs)抗体在年轻中暑人群中的水平和作为中暑易感性生物标志物的可能性。方法 采用Westernblot ELISA法测定年轻中暑人群和对照组血浆中HSP6 0、HSP70、HSP90α和HSP90 β抗体滴度。 结果 年轻中暑组血浆HSP6 0、HSP70、HSP90α和HSP90 β抗体阳性率分别为 2 8.6 %、6 4.3%、5 4.7%、2 8.6 % ;而对照组分别为 13.3%、33 .3%、2 3 .3%、13.3% ,与对照组相比 ,HSP6 0、HSP90 β抗体阳性率呈增加趋势 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,HSP70、HSP90α抗体阳性率明显增加 ,且差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,高滴度HSP70抗体 (1∶80 )仅在中暑组中出现。结论 HSP70、HSP90α抗体在中暑发生过程中起一定作用 ;高滴度HSP70抗体可作为中暑易感性的生物标志物。
Objective To investigate the levels of heat stress or heat shock protein heat shock resistant heat stroke sufferers (HSPs) in young heat stroke patients and as a biomarkers of susceptibility to heat stroke. Methods Western blotting was used to determine the titers of HSP60, HSP70, HSP90α and HSP90 β antibodies in young heat stroke patients and controls. Results The positive rates of plasma HSP60, HSP70, HSP90α and HSP90 β antibodies in young patients with heat stroke were respectively 2. 8.6%, 6 4.3%, 5 4.7% and 22.6%, while those in the control group were 13.3%, 33.3% and 23% .3%, 13.3%. Compared with the control group, the positive rate of HSP60, HSP90βantibody increased, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), the positive rate of HSP70, HSP90α antibody increased significantly, and the difference (P <0.05), high titer HSP70 antibody (1:80) appeared only in the sunstroke group. Conclusion HSP70 and HSP90α antibodies play a role in the pathogenesis of heat stroke. High-titer HSP70 antibody can be used as a biomarker for susceptibility to heat stroke.
