为了解河南省肺结核病归口管理工作现状,采用现况调查方法,以全省所有市(地)级和县级卫生行政部门、结核病防治机构、每个市(地)和县至少抽取一所同级综合医院作为调查对象。结果全省绝大多数市(地)、县卫生行政部门采取了一些行政措施贯彻落实肺结核病归口管理工作政策;全省结防机构能主动开展宣传、培训工作,各种规章制度健全,然而全省肺结核病人转诊到位率低、登记率低;所查综合医院疫情漏报率高,转诊率低。目前我省肺结核病归口管理工作已经引起了各级有关部门的重视,取得了一定成绩,然而仍存在一些薄弱环节和一些薄弱地区。
