由于水域污染,过度捕捞和近海渔业资源衰退等因素影响,我国海洋渔业发展面临严峻形势。据农业部渔业局提供的消息,今年一季度,河北省的捕捞渔船中,大多停产或半停产状态,占渔船总数的36％。江苏大部分底拖网休渔期未到就已全部停港歇产。国内水产品市场价格下降,造成部分地区水产品压塘、压库,加之生产资料如苗种、饲料价格有一定上升,渔业生产成本提高,渔民增产不增收。
Due to factors such as water pollution, over-fishing and the decline of offshore fishery resources, the development of marine fisheries in our country is facing a severe situation. According to the information provided by the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, in the first quarter of this year, most of the fishing vessels in Hebei Province stopped production or suspended production, accounting for 36% of the total number of fishing vessels. Most of Jiangsu at the end of trawling fishing has not yet stopped all docks to stop production. The drop of the domestic aquatic product market price resulted in the pressure on the ponds and depots of aquatic products in some areas, as well as the increase in the prices of feedstock such as seedlings and feedstuffs, the increase in fishery production costs and the increase in fishermen’s income.
