本文深入分析了神经计算的需求，介绍一种通用数字神经芯片ＮＰＳ－１（ＮｅｕｒａｌＰｒｏｃｅｓｓｉｎｇＳｌｉｃｅ）的体系结构和利用ＦＰＧＡ芯片实现样片ＮＰＳ－１。
In this paper, the need of neural computation is deeply analyzed. The architecture of a general digital neural network NPS-1 (Neural Processing System) and the sample NPS-1 using FPGA chip are introduced.
