心静自清,人清自明;心明自理,明理自醒。教育是份静心的活,这份静心的内因需要教师本人对教育有向上的、明晰的认识和执着的追求;外因需要学校为教师提供一个良好的工作和发展环境。一、人文关怀,努力让学校有家般温暖(一)发挥工会职能,让教师有受关注的感觉。教师对工作的认同度直接影响学校的发展,调查表明,因为喜欢教师这个职业而走上教师岗位的人四分之一都不足。在工作中渐渐喜欢教育工作的人也仅有三分之一。有大部分教师表示如果要二次择业,不会选择做教师。
