制备Brnsted-Lewis双酸性离子液体催化剂[Emim]HSO4-AlCl3,并用于催化1-丁烯齐聚反应,考察催化剂用量、反应压力、反应温度和反应时间对1-丁烯齐聚产物选择性的影响。结果表明,强酸性离子液体催化1-丁烯齐聚反应得到的产物主要为四聚体。在n(AlCl3)∶n([Emim]HSO4)=1∶1、催化剂用量2.5 g、反应温度30℃、反应压力0.08 MPa和反应时间1.0 h条件下进行齐聚反应,产物选择性和反应体系的稳定性较理想。
The Brnsted-Lewis double acidic ionic liquid catalyst [Emim] HSO4-AlCl3 was prepared and used to catalyze the oligomerization of 1-butene.
