目的 :筛选能模拟胃癌相关抗原表位的功能短肽。方法 :利用离子交换层析 ,对抗胃癌相关抗原单克隆抗体 (mAb)进行纯化 ,并以此mAb为靶标 ,将其包被于ELISA板上 ,以噬菌体随机 12肽库对其进行 3轮亲和筛选。结果 :从噬菌体随机12肽库中 ,筛选到 12个噬菌体阳性克隆。结论 :获得了具有模拟胃癌相关抗原表位的阳性噬菌体克隆 ,且有共同的基序
Objective: To screen functional short peptides that can mimic the gastric cancer associated epitopes. Methods: Monoclonal antibodies against gastric cancer associated antigen (mAb) were purified by ion-exchange chromatography. The mAb was purified by ion-exchange chromatography and coated on ELISA plate. The phage random 12-peptide library was used for 3 rounds of affinity filter. Results: 12 phage positive clones were screened from the phage random 12-peptide library. CONCLUSIONS: Positive phage clones with mimicry-associated gastric cancer epitopes were obtained and shared a common motif
