水轮机低水头启动困难问题在目前已投入运行的混流式水泵水轮机组中有较多出现,是抽水蓄能技术研究需要解决的关键问题。采用SST k-ω模型对不同导叶开度下的小流量水轮机工况进行数值计算,在数值计算基础上获得了水泵水轮机“S”区特性单位转速与单位流量的关系曲线,并将“S”特性曲线计算结果与试验结果做了对比分析,提出了影响水泵水轮机“S”特性的转动域流动特征。
Turbine low head start difficult problem has been put into operation in the Francis pump turbines more appear, is the pumped storage technology research to solve the key issues. The SST k-ω model is used to calculate the operating conditions of small flow turbine with different guide vane opening. Based on the numerical calculation, the relationship between the unit speed and unit speed of pump turbine “S” zone is obtained. “S ” characteristic curves are compared with the test results, and the characteristics of the flow field in the turning field which affect the pump turbine “S ” characteristic are proposed.
