当前,电力企业改革的不断推进和实施,对企业员工的专业技能提出了更高要求。建设基于学习地图的电力企业战略性培训体系有助于提高员工的岗位胜任能力,同时也可以更好地满足员工的职业发展需求。基于此,分析我国电力企业培训体系现状,并针对培训体系中存在的问题构建了基于学习地图的电力企业战略性培训体系。
At present, the continuous promotion and implementation of the reform of power enterprises have put forward higher requirements on the professional skills of employees. The construction of a strategic training system for power enterprises based on learning map helps to improve the competence of employees and also can better meet the needs of employees’ career development. Based on this, this paper analyzes the status quo of the training system for power enterprises in our country, and constructs a strategic training system for power enterprises based on learning maps for the problems existing in the training system.
