2002年4月19日,广州石化举行HSE管理体系实施新闻发布会,郑重宣布自即日起全面实施HSE管理体系。国家安全生产监督管理局信息与技术装备保障司领导、中国石化集团公司安环局主要领导以及广东省、广州市、黄埔区等各级安全和环保主管部门的领导及部分兄弟企业代表、供应商、承包商代表和周边村委会应邀出席了发布会,广州日报、南方日报、羊城晚报、珠江环境报、广州电视台、广州电台、黄埔区电视台等多家媒体到会进行了新闻报道。
April 19, 2002, Guangzhou Petrochemical HSE Management System held a press conference, solemnly announced the full implementation of HSE management system from now on. The leadership of the Information and Technology Equipment Support Division under the State Administration of Work Safety, the major leaders of the Central Safety and Environmental Protection Bureau of China Petrochemical Corporation and the leaders of the safety and environmental protection departments at all levels including Guangdong, Guangzhou and Huangpu District, as well as representatives and suppliers of some enterprises Contractors’ representatives and the surrounding village committees were invited to attend the press conference. A number of media including Guangzhou Daily, Nanfang Daily, Yangcheng Evening News, Zhujiang Environment News, Guangzhou TV Station, Guangzhou Radio and Huangpu District Television Station attended the press conference.
