为了查明锡对钢材性能的影响,我们查阅了有关文献,并对我厂的现场数据行进了分析研究。本文就锡对钢材性能的影响和机理,含锡量的控制范围和改善含锡钢的途径等提出初步的看法。一、锡的潜在危险锡对钢的性能是有害的,因此历来是被严格禁止进入钢中。近来,由于锡的抗腐蚀作用和特殊性能又作为合金元素,加入量为0.25~1.87%。铸造用的冷铁和卡子采用镀锡防蚀、报废的机器连同锡基轴承压成整块和大量的镀锡件进入废钢,再加上锡在钢中尚无法去除,所以铸钢的含锡量有增长的趋势。
