目的观察硫酸镉(CdSO4)对家兔动脉血压、心率及去甲肾上腺素(NA)诱发的收缩血管反应的影响。方法经家兔耳缘静脉注射CdSO4,以氯化镉(CdCl2)和硫酸镁(MgSO4)作对照,观察血压变化;制备离体主动脉平滑肌条。将其固定于灌流肌槽中记录加入不同尝试的CdSO4后肌条张力变化。结果静脉注射CdSO4和CdCl2均可引起家兔的动脉血压降低(P<0.05),CdSO4可引起心率降低(P<0.05),而CdCl2和MgSO4对心率无明显作用。在NA作用的基础上加入CdSO4后,引起离体主动脉平滑肌条收缩效应减弱随CdSO4浓度增加,对NA预收缩肌条的舒张作用增大(P<0.05)。结论CdSO4具有降低血压和抑制NA引起的离体主动脉平滑肌条收缩的效应。
Objective To observe the effect of cadmium sulfate (CdSO4) on arterial blood pressure, heart rate and norepinephrine (NA) - induced vasoconstriction in rabbits. Methods CdSO4 and CdSO4 were used as controls to observe the changes of blood pressure in rabbits. The isolated aortic smooth muscle strips were prepared. Fix it in the perfusion muscle slot and record the change of the muscle tension after adding CdSO4 with different attempts. Results Intravenous injection of CdSO4 and CdCl2 both caused a decrease in arterial blood pressure in rabbits (P <0.05). CdSO4 induced a decrease in heart rate (P <0.05), while CdCl2 and MgSO4 had no significant effect on heart rate. The addition of CdSO4 based on the action of NA reduced the contractile effect of isolated aortic smooth muscle strips. With the increase of CdSO4 concentration, the relaxation of NA precontracted muscle strips increased (P <0.05). Conclusions CdSO4 has the effect of lowering blood pressure and inhibiting NAA-induced contractions of isolated aortic smooth muscle strips.
