目的:摸清衢州市学龄前儿童单纯性肥胖症的发生情况,为下一步干预提供可靠信息。方法:随机整群抽取衢州市4县2区城市和农村的26所托幼园所2~7岁的健康儿童7035名,进行体重、身高测量。结果:衢州市学龄前儿童超重检出率7.78%,肥胖症检出率2.53%,4~6岁儿童肥胖症发生率高。男童肥胖发生率高于女童,城市儿童超重和肥胖发生率均高于农村。结论:超重和肥胖已成为衢州市学龄前儿童的严重健康问题,防治工作的重点在城市4~6岁的男性儿童。
Objective: To find out the incidence of simple obesity in preschool children in Quzhou and provide reliable information for the next intervention. Methods: A total of 7035 healthy children from 2 to 7 years old from 26 nurseries and kindergartens in 4 districts and 2 districts and 4 villages in Quzhou were randomly selected for weight and height measurement. Results: The detection rate of overweight in preschool children in Quzhou was 7.78%, the detection rate of obesity was 2.53%, and the incidence of obesity was high in children aged 4 ~ 6 years. The incidence of obesity in boys is higher than that in girls, and the incidence of overweight and obesity in urban children is higher than that in rural areas. Conclusion: Overweight and obesity have become serious health problems for preschool children in Quzhou. Prevention and treatment work focuses on male children aged 4 to 6 years in urban areas.
