提出了充分考虑实际系统特点和优化模型成果的水库时、空分区控制规则与调度函数相结合的优化调度模式．验证分析表明这种优化调度模式具有效益显著、简单易行等特点．
The optimal scheduling model combining control rules and scheduling functions of reservoirs considering the actual system characteristics and optimizing the model results is proposed. Verification analysis shows that this optimal scheduling model has the characteristics of obvious benefit and easy operation.
