新型发泡剂AGES适应低压低渗钻井的要求,起泡能力强、耐盐、抗高温。发泡剂AGES以脂肪醇和环氧氯丙烷为原料,通过环氧化、磺化等反应制备。同样浓度下,发泡剂AGES的起泡能力和稳定性比十二烷基硫酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠强,高温分解缓慢。发泡剂AGES在新疆吐哈油田中试期间取得了较好的经济效益,与普通起泡剂相比,可缩短钻井时间20％,能满足油气田低压低渗钻井的要求。
