本文采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,对老字号企业北京王致和食品厂进行了典型案例研究,总结了该企业创新活动的经验,应用CEIA测量工具对案例企业的25位中层管理人员进行了问卷调查,获得了关于该企业在管理层支持、创新激励、时间可获得性、支持性组织结构、冒险意愿/对失败的容忍五个影响企业创新的组织内部关键因素的有关结论,并根据以上问卷调查和访谈结果,对改善影响老字号企业创新的组织内部关键因素提出了相应的管理对策。
This paper adopts questionnaires, interviews and other methods to conduct a typical case study on the old company Beijing Wangzhihe Food Factory, summarizing the experience of the company’s innovation activities, using a CEIA measurement tool to conduct a questionnaire survey of the 25 middle management personnel of the case company. Obtained relevant conclusions about the company’s internal key factors that influence corporate innovation in management support, innovation incentives, time availability, supportive organizational structure, risk-taking willingness/tolerance of failure, and based on the above questionnaire survey And the results of the interviews put forward appropriate management countermeasures for improving the key internal factors affecting the innovation of old-established enterprises.
