“大众创业,万众创新”是随着时代发展、顺应我国国情而提出的对我国当前、及今后发展具有战略意义的发展理念。人是整个创新活动的发展动力,因此,创新的驱动归根结底也是人才驱动,而高等职业院校大学生无论是其专业知识素养还是道德素质都是创新创业人才培养的主力军。因此,高校要顺应时代发展,响应国家对创新型人才需要,结合课改、设置创业基地等加快培养在校大学生的创新创业能力。本文就“双创”内涵及其与大学生创业关系、当前高等职业院校创新创业现状分析、高职大学生创业能力培养的必要性以及培养路径展开探讨。 “Public entrepreneurship, innovation of many people ” is the concept of development that is of strategic significance to our country’s present and future development as our times develop and conform to our country’s national conditions. People are the motive force for the development of the whole innovation activity. Therefore, the driving force of innovation is also talent-driven in the final analysis. However, the higher vocational college students, regardless of their professional knowledge and moral qualities, are the main force in training innovative and pioneering talents. Therefore, colleges and universities should adapt to the development of the times, respond to the state’s need for innovative talents, speed up the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship ability of undergraduates by combining curricular reform and setting up an entrepreneurial base. This article discusses the connotation of “double creation ” and its relationship with the entrepreneurship, the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship in the current higher vocational colleges, the necessity of cultivating the entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational students and the path of cultivation.
