例一车型:2007款东风标致307,配置1.6L发动机、手动变速器。行驶里程:73020km。故障现象:空调效果不好,车主在其他的维修厂更换过冷凝器和膨胀阀,故障没有排除。故障诊断:接车后首先打开AC开关和鼓风机开关,发现压缩机电磁离合器可以正常吸合,用手触摸低压管,温热,没有冰手的感觉,说明空调效果不好是由于系统内工作不好造成的。连接空调压力表,发现低压压力在5kg左右,高压压力在8kg左右,很明显的低压压力高、高压压力低的现象。接着又用手感知了其他的管道,都没有明显的温差现象出现,再加上车主在其他的维修厂已经更换过冷凝器和膨胀阀,所以便怀疑压缩机
