Urine index is the urine of sodium, urea nitrogen, creatinine concentration values, osmotic pressure values, compared with these values in the blood to understand tubular function of a group of parameters. Mainly used for acute renal failure (hereinafter referred to as renal failure). Although some of the numerical values were found in the 1970s, the entire system was published in the late 1980s. Foreign Pediatrics Pediatrics 12th Edition (1983) began to record, the domestic record of practical pediatrics is the fourth edition (1985). Some of these figures differ from those in other countries. The most significant fraction of sodium excretion (FENa-Fractional excretion offiltered sodium) is slightly not included, the other items are also described in detail. Now the value and its clinical significance outlined in the following, for clinical reference. Acute renal failure refers to the rapid failure of renal function can not maintain body fluid homeostasis, such as improper handling of the kidneys will be irreversible damage. Therefore, acute renal failure is a life-threatening emergency. It is necessary to master the etiology and condition early enough and treat it appropriately.
