目的:通过测定前列腺素E_2(prostaglandin E_2,PGE_2)在结石性肾绞痛病程中血和尿液中的含量,探讨PGE_2在肾绞痛发病中的作用。方法:选取我院2013年1月~2015年6月收治的40例急性肾绞痛患者作为研究对象,取肾绞痛发作时及应用抑制前列腺素合成药物2小时后的血和尿样本,应用人PGE_2定量检测试剂盒测定并计算样本中PGE_2含量。2周后随访,采用同样方法测定血和尿中PGE_2含量作为对照,进行数据比较分析。结果:肾绞痛发作时外周血PGE_2含量为(500±70.3)ng/L,尿PGE_2含量为(700±60.1)ng/L;应用抑制前列腺素合成药物2小时后,疼痛症状均明显缓解,测得血PGE_2含量为(300±30.4)ng/L,尿PGE_2含量为(500±50.5)ng/L;上尿路结石治愈2周后,血PGE_2含量为(200±45.3)ng/L,尿PGE_2含量为(350±20.2)ng/L。肾绞痛发作时血和尿中PGE_2含量明显高于肾绞痛缓解与治愈后血和尿中PGE_2含量,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:肾绞痛发作时PGE_2合成与释放增加,PGE_2是参与介导肾绞痛的一种重要物质,故应用抑制前列腺素合成药物治疗肾绞痛疗效可靠。
Objective: To explore the role of PGE_2 in the pathogenesis of renal colic by measuring the content of prostaglandin E2, PGE2 in blood and urine during the course of stone-induced renal colic. Methods: A total of 40 patients with acute renal colic who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected as study subjects. Blood and urine samples were collected after 2 hours of the onset of renal colic and inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Human PGE_2 quantitative detection kit determination and calculation of samples PGE_2 content. Two weeks later, the same method was used to determine the content of PGE_2 in blood and urine as a control, and the data were analyzed. Results: The levels of PGE_2 in the peripheral blood were (500 ± 70.3) ng / L and the urinary PGE_2 content was (700 ± 60.1) ng / L in the onset of renal colic. The pain symptoms were relieved 2 hours after the application of prostaglandin synthesis drugs. The blood PGE 2 content was (300 ± 30.4) ng / L and the urine PGE 2 content was (500 ± 50.5) ng / L. The blood PGE 2 content was (200 ± 45.3) ng / L after the upper urinary calculi was cured for 2 weeks. Urinary PGE 2 content was (350 ± 20.2) ng / L. The content of PGE_2 in blood and urine in patients with renal colic was significantly higher than that in patients with renal colic relieved and cured, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions: The synthesis and release of PGE_2 increased during the onset of renal colic. PGE_2 is an important substance involved in mediating renal colic. Therefore, the application of prostaglandin synthetic drugs in the treatment of renal colic is reliable.
