本项目尝试将小额贷款用于城市获得性免疫缺陷综合症(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)患者社区小组关怀干预:以组建AIDS患者生计发展小组的形式,通过发放小额贷款、组织小组活动等方式,激励患者小组自我发展。在参与项目小组后,患者逐步实现了自我管理的转变,并创造一种可持续发展的资源管理模式。同时,项目也起到了心理关怀和支持的作用。小额贷款运用于城市AIDS患者的关怀干预,能有效改善AIDS患者家庭经济状况,提升患者家庭经济自助发展能力,帮助患者重树生活的信心。
This project attempts to use microcredit for community-based group care interventions for patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS): in the form of a livelihood development group for AIDS patients, by issuing microcredit, organizing group activities, etc. Way to motivate patient groups self-development. After participating in the project team, patients gradually realized a shift in self-management and created a sustainable resource management model. At the same time, the project also played a psychological care and support role. Microcredit, which is used in the care of AIDS patients in urban areas, can effectively improve the family economic status of AIDS patients, enhance their self-help economic development and help patients regain their confidence in life.
