作为欧洲乃至世界知名的中国学家,萨班教授长期致力于东西方历史饮食文化比较研究,尤其是在中国饮食文化研究领域中取得了令人瞩目的成就,并曾多次应邀赴中国多家知名大学开办学术讲座。2014年11月7-10日,以“丝绸之路上的饮食文明”为主题的2014西安·亚洲食学论坛在古城西安成功举办本次论坛以建设新丝绸之路经济带为契机,汇集了来自中国大陆、香港和台湾地区,日本、韩国,以及美国、法国、瑞士、加拿大等二十多个国家和地区的知名学者,共同对新丝路上的饮食文明进行思索和探讨,促进丝路经济带文化交流和亚洲食学研究与合作会议期间,萨班教授抽空专门接受了我刊编辑蓝洁的采访。
As a well-known Chinese scientist in Europe and the world, Professor Saban has long devoted himself to the comparative study of the eastern and western historical food culture. In particular, he has made remarkable achievements in the field of Chinese food culture and has been invited many times to China Well-known universities offer academic lectures.
