采用水平出料方式连续生产半固态浆料的装置,制备了6061铝合金半固态浆料,研究了搅拌温度、搅拌速度对半固态组织的影响,并且阐述了半固态对铝合金的强化机制。结果表明,搅拌温度过高或过低都对半固态组织不利,较为合适的温度是610℃左右;当搅拌速率越高时,半固态的晶粒越细小,越圆整,但过高的搅拌速率也易引入气体夹杂物;经过半固态处理的6061铝合金的力学性能比普通浇注试样有所提高。
The semi-solid slurry of 6061 aluminum alloy was prepared by continuously feeding semi-solid slurry with a horizontal discharge method. The effects of stirring temperature and stirring speed on the semi-solid microstructure were studied. The strengthening mechanism of semi-solid aluminum alloy was also described. The results show that the stirring temperature is too high or too low are negative for semi-solid microstructure, the more appropriate temperature is about 610 ℃; when the stirring rate is higher, the semisolid grains smaller, more rounded, but too high stirring The rate is also easy to introduce gas inclusions; 6061 aluminum alloy after semi-solid treatment of mechanical properties than ordinary casting samples have increased.
