【目的】调查广东省平远县鸡血藤规范化种植(GAP)研究基地的土壤肥力,为后续鸡血藤施肥和GAP研究提供参考。【方法】采集基地深层和表层土壤进行理化和养分指标检测,对比中国第2次土壤普查分级标准,对基地土壤肥力进行单项诊断,并采用修正内梅罗综合指数法进行土壤肥力综合评价。【结果】该基地土壤p H值、交换性钙镁含量不平衡,微量元素,大量元素中的氮、磷元素和有机质含量均较低,因此在后续的基地建设过程中,应实施以下措施:1施用膨润土、石膏、熟石灰等土壤改良剂调节土壤p H值;2每株施用腐熟的有机肥10 kg作为基肥;3在育苗过程中使用微肥溶液处理插穗,并于每667 m2土地施用尿素5 kg;4移栽后,应在施用复合肥的基础上,每667 m2土地施用磷酸二氢铵15 kg以加强氮、磷元素的补充,并施用适量熟石灰及碳酸镁补充土壤中量元素。【结论】该基地综合肥力属于贫瘠水平,应结合中药材生产质量规范(GAP)要求,改善土壤质量。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the soil fertility of Geotan in the Pingguo County, Guangdong Province, and to provide references for the follow-up study on the fertilization and GAP of Millettia sinica. 【Method】 The physical and chemical indexes of deep and topsoil in the basement were collected. Compared with the second classification standard of soil survey in China, the soil fertility of the base was individually diagnosed. The soil fertility was evaluated comprehensively by the modified Nemero comprehensive index method. 【Result】 The soil p H value, exchangeable calcium and magnesium content were unbalanced, and the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and organic matter in trace elements and macronutrients was low. Therefore, the following measures should be implemented in the subsequent base construction: 1 Apply soil amendments such as bentonite, gypsum, hydrated lime, etc. Adjust soil p H values; 2 Apply 10 kg of matured organic fertilizer as basal fertilizer per plant; 3 Treat cuttings with micronutrient solution during seedling application and urea application per 667 m2 of land 5 kg; 4 After transplanting, the application of compound fertilizer should be based on the application of 15 kg of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate per 667 m2 of land so as to enhance the supplement of nitrogen and phosphorus, and to add the amount of slaked lime and magnesium carbonate to supplement the amount of soil elements. 【Conclusion】 The comprehensive fertility of this base is at a barren level. Soil quality should be improved according to GAP requirements.
