1990年,全市人民在市委和市政府的领导下,进一步贯彻改革、开放的方针,治理整顿经济秩序、深化政治和经济体制改革,促进国民经济持续、稳定、协调地发展,取得显著成绩。据初步统计,全市国内生产总值135亿元(注1),比上年增长23.3%。国民收入94亿元,增长23.7%。经济运行中存在的主要问题是水电供应偏紧,经济效益不够理想。一、工业1990年我市工业积极调整产业和产品结构,提高产品质量,致力于新产品开发,提高产品的竞争力。工业生产持续发展,外商投资工业大幅度增长。全年工业总产值197.13亿元(现行价格计算,下同),不包括村及村以下工业总产值189.95亿元(按1980年不变价计为161.31亿元),比上年增长38.5%。其中重工业产值48.18亿元,增长38.9%,轻工业产值141.77亿元,增长38.4%。在工业总产值中全民所有制工业总产值45.44亿元,增长17.0%,集体所有制工业总产值12.75亿元,增长9.2%,全民集体合营工业总产值1.93亿元,下降29.2%,外商投资
