经济发展带来的商业道德问题日益突出,使得社会对商业伦理和商业道德日渐重视,公司声誉和声誉管理成为关注的热点。本文选取反映我国上市公司多维度的财务绩效指标,通过因子分析法构建反映公司综合财务绩效的财务绩效总指数;选择赫芬达尔-赫希曼指数作为量化公司行业竞争强度的指标,结果表明当公司处于行业竞争较激烈的市场环境时,公司声誉对公司财务绩效的提升作用更明显。
The business ethics brought by economic development has become increasingly prominent, making the society pay more and more attention to business ethics and business ethics, and the reputation and reputation management of the company have become the focus of attention. This paper selects the multi-dimensional financial performance indicators that reflect the listed companies in our country and builds the financial performance total index which reflects the comprehensive financial performance of the company through factor analysis. The choice of Herfindahl-Hirschman index as the index to quantify the competition intensity of the company’s industry shows that when When the company is in a highly competitive market environment, the company’s reputation plays a more significant role in improving the financial performance of the company.
