前言ICP发射光谱分析是目前用于多元素同时分析的主要手段之一。分析中有来自样品基体化学组成的各种形式干扰。采用适当的工作标准参考物质可减小ICP-AES的基体干扰。但实践证明由于样品和工作标准参考物质的总酸量不同引起粘度表面张力变化而影响溶液的提升量及雾化效率,从而影响ICP-AES的灵敏度。总盐量不同也有同样的影响。而且实际样品基体复杂,不可能用工作标准系列完全模拟。
Introduction ICP emission spectroscopy is one of the major tools currently used for simultaneous analysis of multiple elements. There are various forms of interference from the chemical composition of the sample matrix in the analysis. Using appropriate working standard reference materials can reduce ICP-AES matrix interference. However, it has been proved that the sensitivity of ICP-AES is influenced by the change of viscosity surface tension due to the difference of the total acid amount between the sample and the working standard reference substance, which affects the lift amount and the atomization efficiency of the solution. The same amount of salt has the same effect. Moreover, the actual sample matrix is complex and can not be fully simulated with working standard series.
