1977年我们用四川省化学研究所合成的二化螟性诱剂(顺-11-十六碳烯醛和顺-13-十八碳烯醛)按一定比例组合,在遵道公社五大队、马尾公社农科站、东北公社农科站,进行了二化螟的田间诱蛾试验(其中马尾和东北点只进行了第二代试验)。 我们分别将滴有不同剂量,不同配比的性诱剂小泸纸封于2×2厘米的聚丙烯薄膜袋内,把它放在盛水(加入少许洗衣粉)的诱捕盆中,每盆之间相距15—20米,放置高度以盆口平于叶尖,7—10天更换一次药剂(第二代试验时,因气温较高,5—7天更换一次药剂)。同时设置黑光灯作对照,黑光灯与性诱剂处理区相距200米以外(处理区与对照区的田间虫口密度基本一致,而且均未施农药)。
