本文结合教学实践及新课标对教师能力的新要求,从初中数学教学要领的准确把握、教材的灵活运用、有效地组织学生活动和恰当运用信息技术整合课堂资源等方面,展现了创新、优化的教学过程,充分体现了初中数学教学的基础性、普及性、实用性和发展性原则。
Based on the new requirements of teachers’ abilities in teaching practice and new curricula, this dissertation presents the innovations and optimizations in terms of the accurate grasp of math teaching methods in junior high schools, the flexible application of teaching materials, the effective organization of student activities and the proper use of information technology to integrate classroom resources. Teaching process, fully embodies the junior high school mathematics teaching of the basic, universal, practical and developmental principles.
