以辛酰丙氨酸作为配体,以乙醇和水作为混合溶剂,用溶液化学反应法制备氨基酸铕和铽的配合物。用13C NMR(核磁共振)、偏光显微镜、DSC(差示扫描量热法)、分光荧光光度计等分别对所制备样品进行了元素分析和表征。13C NMR谱测试及元素分析结果表明,实验所得辛酰丙氨酸铕和铽配合物具有(C10H20NCO3)3M(M为Tb、Eu)型化学分子结构;使用偏光显微镜观察表面形貌,发现稀土配合物可以形成非晶态,且表面均匀、透明;DSC测定配合物的玻璃化转换温度和结晶态的熔点温度,且结晶态具有明显的结晶吸热峰;荧光光度计测试发现配合物有明显的发光特性。
Using octylalanine as the ligand and ethanol and water as the mixed solvent, the complexes of europium and terbium amino acids were prepared by solution chemical reaction. The prepared samples were analyzed by 13 C NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance), polarizing microscope, DSC (differential scanning calorimetry), spectrofluorimeter and so on. 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis showed that the Eu (Ⅲ) octanoyl-europium and terbium complexes have (C10H20NCO3) 3M (M is Tb, Eu) type chemical molecular structure; the surface morphology was observed with a polarizing microscope and found that rare earth complex The glass transition temperature and the melting point temperature of the crystalline state were determined by DSC, and the crystalline endothermic peak was obvious in the crystalline state. The fluorescence spectrophotometer showed that the complex had obvious Luminous properties.
