耐盐红螺菌科细菌对淡水鱼池水质及细菌类群的影响

对耐盐红螺菌科光合细菌应用于淡水斑点叉尾、彭泽鲫养殖后 ,水化学环境因子、细菌类群及养殖生物的变化进行了研究。结果表明 ,鱼池泼施光合细菌后 ,水体NH4 + -N、NO2 --N、NO-3 -N和COD下降 ,溶氧和pH上升 ;细菌类群及数量变化大致是 :光合细菌提高 3~ 5 0倍 (多数在 15~ 2 0倍 ) ,亚硝酸细菌提高 3倍 ,硝酸细菌提高 4~ 5倍 ;斑点叉尾养殖池的主要异养细菌肠杆菌科细菌提高 9.4% ,气单胞菌属降低7.5 % ,彭泽鲫养殖池的主要异养细菌假单胞菌属降低 16 % ,肠杆菌科提高 2 1% ;养殖生物的养殖效果是 :斑点叉尾鱼苗个体增重提高 15 .7% ,彭泽鲫苗个体增重提高 12 .8%。 The application of photosynthetic bacteria resistant to Rhodobacter sphaeroides to the freshwater channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus) and Pengze crucian carp (Carassius auratus), the changes of chemical and environmental factors, bacterial groups and cultured organisms were studied. The results showed that after the ponds were sprayed with photosynthetic bacteria, the contents of NH4 + -N, NO2 --N, NO-3 -N and COD decreased, but the dissolved oxygen and pH increased. The bacterial population and its quantity changed roughly: 0 times (mostly in 15 ~ 20 times), nitrite bacteria increased 3 times, nitrobacteria increased 4 ~ 5 times; Channel catfish breeding ponds Heterotrophic bacteria Enterobacteriaceae bacteria increased by 9.4%, Aeromonas A 7.5% reduction in Pseudomonas spp., A major heterotrophic bacterium belonging to the Pengze crucian farming ponds, and an increase of 21% in the Enterobacteriaceae. The breeding effect of the cultured organisms was that the individual weight gain of the catfish increased 15. 7%, Pengze crucian carp individual weight gain increased by 12.8%.
